BOB The Baker Boy has matured from a humble home bakery to a household name in the bespoke industry of artisanal cakes. We refreshed their brand identity to allow this wholesome brand to deepen their pursuit and passion for Baking People Happy every day.

On both online and offline mediums, the logo can be adapted and re-invented; to be filled with renditions of delicious cakes.
Occasions and cakes often go hand-in-hand, and BOB believes in presenting cakes that evoke happiness through taste and unique designs. The design team incorporated a die-cut window – an adaptation of the logo – on the front face of the packaging to heighten the experience of unboxing a cake. With each cake comes the thrill of peeking in and revealing the tastiest creations.
BOB’s ever-increasing repertoire of cake flavours and designs reiterated the need for a recognisable and consistent brand identity. We conceived and handworked a set design for the BOB team to utilise and implement in their product photography.
The design team reworked the previous brand colour to a richer deep blue to present a more modern, vibrant, and elegant BOB. Kraft is a neutral colour that balances out the intensity of the deep blue and cherry colours and gives the brand its wholesome and clean appearance. The white represents the base ingredient of cakes – flour.
BOB’s delivery van makes its way all around Singapore everyday. We designed it cohesive to the brand as well as making an eye-catching statement on the road everywhere.
